TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BELIEVE HIS PROPHETS MINISTRY
Hello and welcome to Believe His Prophets Ministry! Please read the terms and conditions for our Marriage, Women’s, Men’s, and Health Retreats. You accept these conditions by using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting or using our website, booking one of our retreats, or engaging in any of our services, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to our terms and conditions.
2. Bookings and Payments
2.1 Booking Confirmation
– To confirm your reservation, a one-third nonrefundable deposit is required. The balance is payable prior to the commencement of your retreat.
– We will not confirm your reservation until we receive payment.
– Custom sessions must be arranged and paid for in full at least 24 hours in advance of the services being performed.
2.2 Refunds and Cancellations
– Within five working days of the service, cancellations may incur a USD 500 per person cancellation fee.
– On the day of the service, no-shows and cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
– If a service must be canceled, a complete refund will be given, and we will try our best to reschedule or provide a substitute service.
3. Participation
3.1 Health and Safety
– Any allergies, medical illnesses, or special needs that might interfere with your use of our services must be disclosed to us. This covers past mental health issues as well as present emotional well-being.
– Should we feel that there is a risk to you or anyone else, we have the right to reschedule or cancel any sessions or retreats. If we think using any service could endanger your health or safety, we have the right to refuse your participation. If this happens because of scheduling with partner practitioners, any deposits can be lost.
3.2 Conduct
– All participants are expected to behave with consideration and decency toward the environment, our personnel, and other participants.
– If a participant’s behavior disrupts or harms others or the integrity of the service, we have the right to remove them from the service without providing a refund.
4. Liability
– During our services, Believe His Prophets Ministry assumes no liability for any personal property damage, loss, or injury.
– Assuming responsibility for your own health and safety, you use our services at your own risk.
5. Intellectual Property
– Believe His Prophets Ministry owns all rights to the information, content, and intellectual property used in our services. Reproduction or distribution without our express written permission is prohibited.
6. Changes to Terms and Services
– Believe His Prophets Ministry reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
